I have recently discovered a brand called Tessemae's. They make dressings which can fit into the paleo lifestyle. The Zesty Ranch is super good.

I have made some of these and they are very good.
The eggplant relish-y stuff was good on salad too.

I usually just plop mayo on salads now with a splash of lemon or lime juice to thin it out.

If you want a pure paleo dressing, this nut based recipe gives you that creamy texture. It's similar to a Caesar dressing....

    1/4 cup cashews
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
    1/4 tsp sea salt
    pinch of onion powder
    1 tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
    1/2 clove garlic

I love homemade mayo and make it frequently. I recently tried Tessemaes products and EVERY SINGLE thing I have tried has been awesome. The ketchup and barbecue sauce are excellent too. Kids love a bbq beef lettuce wrap and have been devouring their salads every night!
