    Haven't managed any exercise since last Sunday due to a horrible bug. Managed a slow walk with the dog for a hour this afternoon and hoping to get back to the gym tomorrow. Really missed exercising this week.

    My husband just unearthed the stationary bike out from the garage so I did 15 minutes on that and it was hard work. Kettlebells and sit ups also done 10 minutes each. Not much but better nothing ????

    Today was just 20mins on the treadmill and burned 130cals. I could be bothered to do more and Iv not got the time for the rest of the day as I need an early night. Tomorow is treadmill for 30mins and maybe a kickbox video

    30 mins cycling at 22 kph (good to have the cycling bug back!)
    51 mins walk with hubby at brisk pace round the lanes of Ribble Valley (ie more up than down!)
    30 mins wii fit cardio & balance/stability

    As today was (hopefully) the start of a new intermittent routine - that is, when I get a lazy Sunday to myself - I'm logging this!

    Walked two miles to the swimming pool, swam laps for 45 minutes (50 laps - I'm slooooow), then walked two miles back home. Felt awesome (though arms are noodles, now), and am eating everything in sight (logged of course) to ensure that I don't net too low today. That is definitely an awesome Sunday - hopefully more to come!

    Gym session - 25 min run, 20 min reversey-percy on the cross trainer, 2500m row, 20 min upper body strength & 20 min abs and core... 10 min cool down and then off to my nephew's 9th birthday party to eat cake :)

    30 mins Wii fit (balance & cardio)
    57 mins run/walk at 4:1 min intervals (3.75 miles - very very slow but considering I'm starting from scratch, was pleased)
    45 mins step aerobics (8 ins step - Jenny Ford Basic & 3 combo workout)
    30 mins brisk walk (to pub & back for dinner!)

    Yesterday was a 25 min brisk walk at lunchtime and 30DS in the evening.

    Today will be 75 min swim plus 30DS tonight.

    70 mins wii fit this morning & some gentle weight lifting.
    May have a gentle day seeing as expended a lot of calories yesterday.
    Rest day tomorrow :smile:

    I will be doing my lifts tonight and afterwards, depending how much energy I have left I will do about 30 Minutes HIIT

    Well I was a bit lazy yesterday so I didn't do the Ripped in 30.

    Today will be 30DS and not much else other than housework!

    Well done, not much of a runner myself tbh.....I have done 30 Minutes Grit followed by 30 Minutes Kettlebells this morning....

    I have done some running in the past but not kept it up for one reason or another - I prefer running outdoors if anything, but not really been outside today apart from hanging the washing out and for a trip to the shop to buy a big juicy rump steak.....:tongue:
