    Days 7, 8 and 9 of squats, (easy) push-ups and planks done.

    Won't continue with the crunches, because my neck, which has been recovering from injury, is getting dangerously stiff again. Don't want to aggravate it, and somehow the crunches make it worse. Should probably check my form. Oh, well.

    55 Crunches - done
    60 Second Plank - done
    24 Push-Ups - done

    I'd like to congratulate everyone that has been participating.
    I've been sick the past few days so I have several sets of each challenge to make up.
    Gonna be hard after 130 minute swim.

    Did a few makeup days from being sick as well as today's challenges.

    45s, 60s x3 Planks
    110 Squats
    50 Crunches
    50 Burpees
    25 Knee Push-Ups

    From now on, no matter how sore, tired or in pain I am from the days work and practice, I'll do my best to do at least SOMETHING related to these challenges.
    We did soooo many kick drills today DX My legs hurt so much.

    Still plugging away here.... did day 12 of the pushups, crunches, plank (90sec today, that was tough after my workout!), and rest day for the squats.

    Missed day 7, 8, & 9, cuz I was sick.....but I have been doing extra to make up for it.

    Also, I'm starting to work on my scorpion. I can finally like hold my foot up, so now I just need to straight the leg hahah

    Hi Everyone!!! It's time for my check in. Day 19: I'm a day behind but I'm still going strong.

    160 Squats - done, I have to break this into two sets. I do half at the beginning and the other half at the end.
    95 Crunches - done
    150 Second Plank - done, although this is the real killer for me, I've added side planks to my workout at half the time.
    30 Push-Ups - done, I can do 20 straight before needing to rest.
