Hello everyone!
Like the rest of us, I came here looking to increase my weight as opposed to dropping it. I am a 5'8" 26 year old male who comes in at a staggering, scale destroying, 125lbs.
I would like to see that increase to around 140lbs. I have very little body fat and have an active lifestyle with difficulty eating enough calories to support my RMR.
I am considering adding in calorie shakes to supplement my daily intake.0 -

I'm trying to go to 145lbs, with a clean 3500/4000 kcal bulk, and lifting 3 times a week0 -
If you like milk (or dont but will drink it, like me) then that can help add in a lot of calories with very little effort or expense. Another one is peanut butter, I have been trying to eat at least 3 tablespoons before I go to bed.0
