Sunday was hectic....wore my new pedometer all day from the time I got up until bedtime. I speed cleaned my house and prepared food.... up and down the stairs to the other fridge.....before the company game for supper. Even added a little bit of strength training lifting my 18 pound granddaughter when she was somewhere she shouldn't be or she needed a hug.
So... 22,537 steps on pedometer!! I don't know about that....if 2500 steps = 1 mile - that would be nine miles
Any comments on that!! I now I was pooped at the end of the day.0 -

Spent the weekend driving and at the hospital with my grandfather, so I didn't get out on the greenway. Did a little bit today and plan to more this week. It's supposed to be great weather here!!! I also went through my mileage on the Fitbit app and it updated the 6th, so here's where I am so far:
Starting total: 11.97
March 6 - 2.16 miles (had logged 0.13) so adding 2.03
March 7 - 2.28 miles
March 8 - 2.75 miles
March 9 - 1.7 miles
March 10 - 3.56 miles
Totat: 24.29 miles - Got a little catching up to do, but definitely doing better than February!!0 -
