    I still have my migraine so this will be a light day for me. The good news is spring is coming here: no ice, no snow.

    Goals:
    50 push ups, mixed: 10
    50 biceps curls: 15
    50 triceps dips: 10

    Hope you feel better Hollis! I got bombarded with work yesterday :( Worked out for close to.........2-3 hours though yesterday. Working out on my own and teaching so hopefully that balances it out

    I've got another day of not really being in my office, so I'm going conservative here:

    60 push ups(mixed)
    3 80-sec wall sits:
    75 bridges:

    And I may or may not have yoga tonight - fingers crossed I can go!
