 It has not been a good week for me. While I kept my eating in check, I ate out 3 times last weekend and hit my sodium out of the ballpark. By Monday my scale was up 6lb in water weight. :noway: I have spent the whole week fighting to level me back out again. :grumble: I think eating out may be worse of a problem for me than I thought. :ohwell: So I take this as my due this week (a smack on the side of my head for being dimwitted), Next week I will be in the 220's!0

            Oh crap. Today’s my weigh in. I gained two pounds. I changed my calories and macros last week using 30% of my TDEE instead of MFP guesstimates and it added 200 more calories than I have been eating. Hopefully this gain is just my body getting used to it and not an upward trend

 DeniseMarie and KatJohn, I can't recall if we've met, but I'm sure I've seen you here, so very nice to meet you both, as well.
 To those who have posted losses this week...way to go! Congratulations and good for you. For those who have not had the week they might have wished, keep your chin up! This is a temporary, and fluctuating, change. As long as we keep our focus on the way we want to live our daily lives the weight loss WILL happen.0

 I've been really diligent about weighing/measuring everything I eat and it seems to be paying off! Weight loss was a bit slower than I'd like last month and I think I was slacking...I'd love to be down 45lbs by my 30th birthday (may 23) so I'm well on my way!!0
