Off to do W7D1. It seems crazy to run for this long, even though I'd done it before. Am looking forward to being able to run 30 min without stopping again!

had to slow down quite a bit today. 5th day in a row, got a cold and heavy deadlifts strainght before. Got it done though!
  • I just completed W5D3 running 2 miles nonstop! I can't believe I couldn't run for like 60 seconds without being completed winded and on the brink of a breakdown to running 2 miles this morning. Anyone struggling early on keep pressing through, it's amazing

Did Week 1 Day 3 this morning. I found it pretty tough, but it was also a lot hotter than I'm used to so that probably didn't help. At times I was so slow I felt I might as well have gotten down on the ground and started crawling but I did push though. I'm not entirely sure if I'm ready to move to week 2 but I'll give it a go and then decide.

    Grrrrrrrrrr

Was on W8 D2 but I have bruised or cracked a rib moving a refrigerator ... really bummed about this ... told it will take between 2 - 4 weeks to heal so I guess I'll have to go back as far as I miss

Feeling really bummed about this but no consoling myself with food as I would of done previously

Week 1 day 2 done. I think my running pace was slower than my walking today! I'm doing this on top of 30DS and my quads are killing me!

Week 5 Day 2 done! Ran on the treadmill for the first time, I found it easier on the knees but a bit boring. I was really intimidated by the prospect of doing two 8 min runs, but on the second run I kept going to 10 mins! Feeling much more confident about Week 5 Day 3 now

W5D2 done. It's been pouring rain, and I have no treadmill. The old me would have said "Grand!" and cancelled running today. The new, almost unrecognisable to me, me said, "I'll have to improvise!", so I ran laps in the house!! Who would have thunkit!! Great programme, and great encouragement from all here :). To everyone starting, or thinking of starting, it works, and I had a pretty hardcore case of hating running!
