    We are almost half way and I am so thrill to be part of this group. Consistency is the key and keeping similar foods on my food diary....

    Just wondering for those remaining, are your scale readings the same or lower? I would love to know as I weigh myself daily and Mondays are my official recording weigh-ins!! So far my scale readings are either consistent and going lower too....:flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:

    I'm at 70% so far --- spring is a tough time as there is lots of last minute request to have cocktails outside to enjoy the weather - on the other hand its awesome weather got get outside and exercise.
