Happy Friday, everybody! I'm going to finish strong today... and if the wind doesn't get me I'll aim for a small hike in the national park near my house.

Goals:
3 mile hike
100 push ups, mixed: 20
100 biceps curls: 10
100 triceps dips: 10

    I'm at home on Friday (usually studying but we're on midterm break this week), so I finished my walk. Wind! Cold!
