I'm here, sitting on the couch, feeling a touch hangry. I got a stomach bug last weekend and messed up a leg muscle so I haven't done much. The muscle had no pain yesterday or today so far but I'm waiting a couple more days then trying again. I miss having my cardio exercise calories to eat! And I'm set back again trying to catch my miles up. I hope the rest of you are out adding some miles in the sun (we finally have sunshine again!!!!).0
