Wanted to share my mini victory, hopefully tomorrow's weigh in shows my fitting a workout in despite not having time.
Thursday I didn't have time I thought to do a full workout. Missed my AM workout due to power outage and got stuck in traffic so I was home late from work. My husband wasn't ready to eat dinner when I came in, so I told myself to do the 10 min total body video I have. If there was time the total core video 7 min, better than nothing? After those my husband still wasn't ready to sit down for dinner, so I did the 10 minute video again. By the time he was ready I had 2 minutes left...so why not finish? Long story short, I got in a full 30 min workout despite 'not having time'.
Friday we had to travel for a family event. I actually got home 15 min early and threw in a HITT video while my husband ran to the bank before we left. Long story short, I had time for that 33 min tape, shower and a healthy snack before hitting the road. no need for fatty road food.
Funny how I used to spend that time, watching the news or just being a slug. Better than nothing turned into full workouts twice.0 -
That's awesome! And proof that 'not having time' is an excuse for not wanting to 'make time'.0

OK Ladies, here is my report:
Week 1 Did not diet.
Week 2 118.4 lbs. 25.4% bf. 30.1 lbs. fat mass 88.3 lbs. of lean mass
Week 3 118,6 lbs. 22.6% bf. 26.6 lbs. fat mass 92 lbs. lean mass
Week 4 117.8 lbs. 22.4% bf. 26.4 lbs. fat mass 91.4 lbs. lean mass
Week 5 119.6 lbs. 21.6% bf. 25.8 lbs. fat mass 93.8 lbs. lean mass
I have made a body re-composition. I don´t care about the total weight I care about body fat percentage.
I have burned 4.3 lbs. of fat in 3 weeks,
I have been eating clean super dense and nutritious foods 90% of the time.
Haven´t done much exercise really.0 -
Hi, I'm down to 155.5. Been sick but recovering, lost more fat, gained some muscle.0

Clothes are getting baggy! Not a great look but I'm loving it!0 -
