Shakeology - starting tomorrow!

Hello -

I am new to shakeology and the beach body challenge. I am starting tomorrow and am honestly disappointed in the lack of instruction on how to begin. Tomorrow is day one - do I start my shake for breakfast? What are diet suggestions for the rest of the day? How do I make my shake? I have seen a ton of recipes adding stuff to the shakes but doesnt that change your calorie intake with it then? Any suggestions for me on how to get started as a newcomer?! I would appreciate any and all advice!
