    I thought my weight loss was ending in January, the natural amount I was eating was increasing, more plateaus, the doctor said we lose about 80% with surgery... Then got a second breath and increased exercise and was more carful with food types and calories (this food tracker is a godsend).

    So now it's dropping off again and I am amazed. I've decided to lose 100% of my excess weight. I am 17.2 pounds away from my normal BMI. The challenge will be to stay there....

    To those who have posted losses this week...way to go! Congratulations and good for you. For those who have not had the week they might have wished, keep your chin up! This is a temporary, and fluctuating, change. As long as we keep our focus on the way we want to live our daily lives the weight loss WILL happen.

    Thanks LeAnna, nice to meet you too. You are doing great yourself.

    I added an extra weigh in to give me a couple more days to get a bit closer to my month goal. It would be another pretty huge leap down for the next ten days but if I can get my butt off the couch more then maybe I can pull it off.

    Week 1: 3/07/14 = 297.0 (+2.6) Eating out for business lunch three days this week instead of working out!!! I think most of it is water weight. Will weigh in again tomorrow to check.

    Week 2: 3/14/14 = 293.6 (-3.4) Yep it was water weight.

    Week 3: 3/21/14 = 293.4 (-0.2) Still... its a loss.
