Good morning, all!
Feeling much better today. Hope all of you are, too. Also hope it's not as hot out today, Sherry, or as cold, Laura.
Ran to Metabolic Conditioning class last night and back for a total of 3 miles. It was raining or drizzling the whole time. I was careful on the way to class to avoid puddles as best as I could, but just splashed through them on the way home. It was in the low 40s F and not too bad.
This morning I went to my RunSmart class at work. It started last Tuesday and I was supposed to go during lunch, but I got drafted, by my boss, into meeting and working with a high school student for most of the day on Tuesday. Since I'm on overhead and they're trying to find a new spot for me, I get a lot of really short term stuff. I apologised to the RunSmart people and we decided that I should move to the 7 am class, which gives me a lot more flexibility as far as meetings and other things that occur during the work day.
I like getting it done with early. Today was 10 minutes of running at a moderate to vigorous pace followed by varying squats for 15 minutes. The running was not a problem. The squats are going to cause soreness today. They were tough!
I'll do my stair exercises today, but focus on my upper body and abs when I do my body weight exercises. My legs are like noodles after last night and this morning. Tonight I have multiple dog classes, so I'll be on my feet, but not doing formal exercising.0 -
I haven't been on in a while, mainly do to entering MFP on my phone - but I also haven't been working out in a while. Glad to say I'm maintaining but need to get back on the bandwagon. Today I did a kettle bell workout for 51 minutes yeah! Going to go for a run/walk with my son this afternoon.0

Today I ran to the gym and did upper body and then ran back to pick up my son. My son and I ate and went to see The Lego Movie, which he had been waiting to come out today. It was a nice little date for us.
Oh yeah, ran in my new shoes today and ankle is holding up really well, so I think the shoes help. Yay.0 -
Sun is out today, yesterday was windy and rainy.
Went to Nia class at gym.

I'm starting my workout scale-back week today, so today's workout was walking with a friend at lunch. I used my Fitbit to track calories. It's 35F and sunny so we walked outside. We moved fast enough that the only thing really cold was my hands (although I probably could have worn my jacket and not been too warm). Supposed to snow tomorrow, then get cold again over the weekend, so I'm glad I was able to enjoy the sunshine.
My cousin is coming over tonight to help me make homemade Kombucha. Hope it turns out!0
