Kettlebell swinging in between Starting Strength days?

Hi, I'm currently doing Starting Strength 3x a week (M-W-F) but would like to add in a bit of cardio for a little calorie burning twice a week in between my lifting sessions. My goals are to cut my body fat % whilst gaining strength.

I actually dislike cardio and I'm not a fan of high impact exercise like running and I don't have a gym membership, I've got equipment and work out at home. However, as I'm getting smaller and only have 15 lbs-ish to lose, I'm finding it harder which is why I've decided adding some more calorie-burning workouts would be beneficial.

I'm really interested in doing some kettlebell swinging but I'm unsure if this would impact my lifting recovery? I understand that it might be best not to go too heavy so I'm thinking 20 lbs might be a good weight for this? I don't want it to be too easy either though.

Any advice on whether or not this would fit in with heavy lifting, ideal kettlebell weights to use and links to good routines would be really appreciated. Thanks!

Keep it light and pay close attention to recovery and see what happens.

I take 2 kettlebell classes each week in between lifting sessions, and it hasn't had any negative impact on me!

Great, thank you both. I tried it using 10kg dumbbell the other night and thought it was a bit too light so I've purchased a 12kg kettlebell now. I'll definitely give it a go.
