Indoor trainer today. The sun is shining and the breeze is light but I'm watching kids this morning so my wife can have some "Me" time. Given all she does for me and all she tolerates me doing, it's a small price to pay. So, 40 miles even on the trainer today. My legs are cooked. My buttocks is sore. And, I'm at 358 out of 350 miles. :bigsmile: :bigsmile: :bigsmile:

Okay...had some dental surgery yesterday afternoon...can't bend over or do jumping, skipping, cartwheels, hop scotch or any of that until Monday, but I also couldn't sit and do nothing (I'm off today -- it's Spring Break for our colleges), so it was steps up and down and around the house. When my husband got home from work, we took Bean over to the school and strolled for over an hour.
I managed 10.36 miles and 20,486 steps. It was a good Friday!

Finally found a few moments to catch up. Not enough time to comment on all the good things or the not so good things either. Added 9 more miles anyway. Sounds good until you think about how many days that covers. (Not so much moving most days)
March total 65.75 miles. UH OH I'm starting to fall behind. Need to work less and move more. (Or try to anyway :laugh: )

Yahoo! Went over my goal this week!!! MTD = 72.33, Goal was 60. I knew being back in the sunshine state would get me back on track! I have to say that I am very tired tonight. I think today was my first negative calorie day.

March 21st I was able to sneak in another ride today!! 5.9 bike miles. Total for the month is 138.90

My father in law had a heart attack Monday night, so I spent a lot of time sitting around a hospital on Tuesday and Wednesday - with family and friends... did some hall-pacing, and took the stairs when going from the room to the cafeteria and back... anyway, likely not going to meet my goal this month, as I was already kind of pushing my luck and I can't do my regular spin class tomorrow either... oh well - life happens, and other things became priorities for me this week. He is doing great, now, though - got discharged from the hospital today.
Sorry to hear about your Father in Law. I know I'm a rare husband but I actually like my inlaws. Glad to hear he is doing better. Are they going to need to do a bypass?
Thankfully no - two stints and he seems to be better than ever. I don't know how long stints "last" or if it's a permanent fix, but no open heart surgery for now - thank goodness!!0 -

Good morning @ss movers! Here I am in Puerto Rico getting ready to run the PR Marathon. Actually I'm going to switch to the half marathon because my IT band is hurting. But it's all good because I'm blessed with good health and the means to travel to paradise for a few days.
Statistics Saturday:
We have 119 starters this month. That includes 5 Newbies. Welcome! 114 of us are repeat offenders and 38 of us have done 10 or more MYACS. I love this challenge and all my friends that keep coming back month after month.
14 of us have made goal. :drinker:
38 of us are on track.
Dave, I think there's something up with the formulas because the summary sheet says no one has moved over 100 miles yet and we know that's not true. dcmat does that in a day LOL.
Our all time miles moved are now 337,879.

You are correct, there was a tiny problem with the formula for those two fields, but it's working now.
