Paleo Breath Freshener

Can anyone recommend a natural breath freshener? I started working again and having bad breath (from food) with clients is not good. I used regular ol' mints yesterday (artificially sweetened) and I only had two but my stomach did not like it. Plus I don't want to be eating artificial sweetener all the time. I don't have time to brush my teeth between clients.
Gum is out, (even natural ones) for some weird reason it makes the skin on the roof of my mouth peel off in sheets.
So I want something natural that actual works. Help?

When you go to an Indian restaurant there are always fennel seeds offered as you leave.
They are used to freshen the breathe and act as a digestive aide.
About as natural as they come really0 -
Parsley sweetens your breath. Fennel, as mentioned, is also really good at freshening your breath if you can stand the taste! It's also good for digestion. Peppermint or spearmint tea after eating would do the trick and is also really good for digestion.0
