Another early day for me, so hopefully I'll get my workout in later.

    Early day for me too. I even woke up early to make time, but looks as though I'll be doing it after work. Keep up the good work guys!

    I had good intentions last night. I got on my exercise stuff and then I just felt too tired and my quads were really sore - so I blew it off.

    I had planned on doing this for 6 days with one off. So, I guess I will count yesterday as my one Free day. I have decided not to beat myself up over it. I am getting out of work early today so that should make a difference also. I plan on doing some extra cardio on the treadmill also. Feeling positive!! I viewed some success stories on youtube from ladies who have done this for 30 days. Pretty motivating! One woman only lost 5 lbs but her body really does look completely different! Weird how that works..

    Woot woot! Just forced myself to do day 4! Came home from a 12 hour day starving and wanting nothing more than to flop on the couch and eat junk food... but I kicked my hubby out of the living room and did my workout instead :)
    I think I might reward myself with a cookie!

    My goal for tomorrow: Complete this earlier in the day! It's so tempting to just skip the day when it gets late. But I'm sticking with it. I also completed day 3 and somehow forgot to post yesterday.
