Alpha DONE!

Hi,
Well, officially finished Alpha today with a bit of stretching. I've only missed 2 days through illness but caught up on one of those with a moment of Saturday catch up madness.
So scores on the doors, in the 5 weeks I've lost:
10 pounds in weight
2.5 inches on my waist
3.5% body fat
Pretty happy with the way it's going, I'm sticking to my nutrition plan, (my own using MFP and not the T25 one but they are pretty similar). I feel fitter and have more energy generally so thumbs up all round...
Wish me luck for Beta - I'll let you know how hard it is in the next few days!

So, Beta Core Cardio...
Definitely a step up from alpha, a few new moves to get to grips with but I picked them up much quicker than the first try of alpha. I think it was because they were variations on alpha moves with a little twist, (sometimes quite literally).
I sweated more than alpha and definitely felt some burn.
I felt a bit bored on week 5 of alpha, going over the same thing and beta certainly has shaken it up a bit.
Overall, really enjoyed it!0 -
Holy cow, speed 2.0, that Is more than just 1 number up from speed 1.0!
Full on, all out, fast cardio.
Once I got used to it, Loved it0
