    Mental: check out HabitRPG.com....checked it out but I have too may things going on right now to worry about logging into another app....DONE!!!

    Diet: Consume as little sugar as possible this week. Post here daily the number of grams you consumed....42 grams consumed...53 grams goal...11 grams left....DONE!!!
