    Getting back in the saddle again. Had success with Keto last year but fell off the bandwagon around Halloween (damn kids and their candy! Delicious, delicious candy) and basically gained back all I'd lost (although muscle mass factors in so not a complete reversal). Getting back in to Keto now I KNOW that sugar just wrecks me. Just started again this week but so far so good.

    This is about my 374th time doing keto or low carb. I don't know why I tend to lose motivation after a few weeks/months--it always works and I love losing weight & feeling better. Started this go-round on 3/17/14 (1 month today!).

    There will be occasional cheats/planned higher carb days, and I plan to log even the bad stuff.

    I lost 20lbs in 2012 by just cutting the crap (read: soda, fast food, cake) from my diet in general, but haven't been able to successfully get below that point. I'm usually middling around 178-180, +/- 5 lbs depending on the season.
    I briefly did Keto in January and it worked well (down to 175) until I had my wisdom teeth removed and all I could eat was soup and ice cream. ;_;
    Looking for more friends and accountability partners, especially if you're active and like to talk about "the struggle".
