    Nowhere near my goal, but better than February, so I will take it.

    Not going to make it this time ---but oh so close.........

    March 31 - walked - 1 mile (big whoop - but had to add it)
    March Total - 157.2 miles
    March Goal 160 miles
    To go - 2.8 miles

    Unless - i get on my bike a little later -- thats it for the month - But played lots of tennis - worked out with weights at the gym averaging 3 times a week and had lots of fun!!!

    So I haven't posted a lot this month but that doesn't mean I haven't been moving! I've been doing a lot of high intensity interval training the latter half of this month to work on my strength and speed so I'm not sure how to calculate those kilometers since I do a lot of running on the spot and such between exercises. I end up doing almost an hour of exercise so I don't want to miss out on the "distance" since I am still exercising. What do the rest of you do if doing aerobics or other types of exercise that aren't distance based - do you count them, have a default distance? For now I will leave them out.

    Thurs March 20 - 15km bike
    Sat March 22 - 2.9km treadmill hills
    Sun March 23 - HIIT (no distance counted)
    Monday March 24 - 15km bike
    Tues March 25 - HIIT
    Wed March 26 - HIIT
    Fri March 28 - HIIT
    Sat March 29 - 2.2km swim
    Sun March 30 - 4.5km walk
    Mon March 31 - 15km bike

    Just squeaked it all in!!!! Enjoy the last day of March everyone. Finally some warmer weather :)

    I am doing the happy dance. Got to ride my bicycle outside! But I have not ridden since 03/13, and took a vacation, so my legs were slightly out of shape. But I got out, did some hills and I hope that the rain holds off long enough to get some conditioning in. Nice way to end the month. And I love bonus miles.

    03/29 - 10.0 miles stationary recumbent bike - performance hill climb program
    03/30 - 1.0 miles walking
    03/31 - 6.5 miles (5.5 miles biking/1.0 miles walking)

    Total: 173.0 miles
