I'm going to switch focus a bit this month. I've been concentrating hard on spin classes, but this month, I want to kick my running up a bit - so my mileage is going to decrease from last month - but I still plan to work out just as hard - just differently.

Hi everyone I have still been moving the last 3 weeks . Those Gulf state shopping malls helped me rack up some miles but as I'm now in South Africa I have to get my fit bit to symnch to see how far I got! Still here 2 more weeks so April target is going to be 50 miles.0

I'm going with 60 for the month. Will be running and biking miles only, no walking this time but my main focus is my running. My job has changed, plus adding a new job, so I don't know what my availability will look like yet. So I will have to see how things go this month.0

Working hard today to meet my March goal and with allergy season here I am going to lower my goal for April to 100 miles. Good luck to everyone!0

I'm up 30 pounds and really trying to decide if I want to quit trying :-(
Please put me down for 40 miles during April - I HAVE to do something, feeling disgusted with myself. Hope I snap out of this rut.
Spring is a great time to re-commit... with the weather getting better (hopefully where you are), it might help with motivation, etc. Don't give up You can do this - one step at a time!
(and as for the weight gain issue, that's likely more a food issue than an exercise one. Feel free to add me if you want someone who will encourage and support you).0 -

I'm going for exercise bike miles only and starting with 50 - my 15k steps a day will be an extra and a bonus!!0
