Spring Ahead in April WL Challenge!

Since Dan and others are always doing the lion's share in making sure we have a challenge to look forward to each month, I thought I'd take a turn with getting the ball rolling. I'm a big believer in "if it ain't broke, don't fix it", so here's how this goes (as previously explained by Dan :-):
If you are new and want to join in, by all means do! We love to celebrate those losses with you! This is the standard format we try to use for these threads:
My Numbers:
SW: Starting weight before you lost anything.
CW: Current weight at the beginning of the challenge.
GW: Goal weight for the month (what you would like to weigh at the end of the monthly challenge) Try to keep it realistic and SAFE!
LTGW: Life time goal weight ( What you would like to weigh at the end of your weight loss journey)
Weigh ins: What days you will weigh in. (I will weigh in on Fridays in April)
4/4/14= (Fill out after each weigh in.)
4/11/14=
4/18/14=
4/25/14= (Final weigh in for the month.)
The simplest way to do this is to find your previous weeks post, copy the text then click the reply button. Paste the text in and add your new weight.
Also, if you are quoting someone to send them a kudo or offer a hand up, please add @theirusername to the top of the text so we can keep who's who straight (very helpful when we get over 100 posts per month :-)

Okay...I have not posted to a Monthy Challenge for a while...and as a result I am totally getting lapped!
Although I actually hit 100 down from my personal best a couple of weeks ago, THIS is the month my ticker will show 100 down!
Russ and Dan have been carrying the ball for Team Testoserone most of the winter. It's long past time I pitched in and helped drop a few pounds for the boy's team! (Not that it is a competition...but...)

Leanna, I WAS just guessing my calories over the weekend, I "thought" I was almost accurate with my calories but I wasn't logging them. So this weekend I took my phone with me everywhere and logged ALL my calories at each meal or snack. And my guess is that I was "forgetting" to log snacks and small things over the weekends that were adding up to a lot more than I thought... So with my new meticulous way of tracking calories over the weekend I noticed that I did not gain the weight back. So I just need to stick with it over the weekends... As hard as that may be. I hope this helps, you are doing so awesome!0

Malia, it does help. I think the reason I'm not losing as much weekly as I feel I should is that I have been a logger liar. I wasn't weighing and measuring my foods and I was not being honest about the quantity of food I was eating.0

Alright I just started to log again yesterday but one thing is for certain even after going off the books for a few weeks I did not gain back any weight this tells me that I have made some good long term changes and I usually still drink 1-3 bottles (750ml) water per day! Now that I am back on track I hope to reach my goal for myself and my doctor!!! Hope everyone had great weigh ins! Spring is here for those of us stuck in winter! I know I am looking forward to June when the snow is finally gone and I can enjoy my backyard again!!0 -

I've been in a stall for so long. Broke down and overate last night (Chinese) and lost 1.5# WTF???? It'll probably come back (sigh) but it was there this morning, so it's mine!
Everyone's off to a great start! (Singularity, hope your fluke resolves itself soon!) Such an auspicious beginning to April. March seemed hard for many of us. Here's to hoping things cheer up in April :drinker:

Unchanged. But I am so unfussed this time. I have been walking, and squating, and going to my my Pilates class.
Okay...I am actually .2 pounds heavier, but I don't record gains and losses like that--mostly to avoid madness.
In the meantime...
I like how my legs look in my new narrower cut jeans. I really like how they are already getting baggy in the behind. I even have ankles again! Okay...maybe just an ankle, the left one is still a bit puffy...but the right one looks like it belongs to a human being.
The fancy digital scale I was using at the clinic may be unavailable to me in April, so I will be very curious to see my changes in total fat mass and fat free mass numbers in May! In the meantime NG's digital scale will do for trending data.
The line is being held and I am holding up. I hope you are too.
