Hi! I see so many of you are walking so many miles I'm in awe! I am going to shoot for 20 for myself. It is where I am in fitness right now and if I can complete 20 miles in April I will be doing so much better than I did las month!
sherbearee, absolutely! you will be doing so much better come April 30th than you are doing today!! I'm so proud of you for jumping into the challenge and walking as much as you can now. We all start with our first mile and increase as we can with time.

I did miles 2 and 3 of the Fat Burning Walk this morning and 2.23 brisk miles outdoors this evening.

I'm in for the month! Had to stop last month without finishing because I got sick and ended up with bronchitis which I'm still getting over. Therefore, my goal this month will be lower than last. I hope to hit 50 miles by the end of the month!

Didn't get my usual walk in yesterday but I did track my walk while shopping at SAMs. I can sure tell I missed it yesterday. :sad:

Hi JoLynn, Happy that you are feeling much better and are able to join us for the April challenge. Take care of yourself while you are recovering. Bronchitis likes to kick us to the curb for awhile and wears us down. Start back slowly and you will soon be up to par.
