    My weigh-in days are Fridays. This is from last week:

    Starting Weight (SW): 202
    Current Weight (CW): 195
    Plus/Minus: 7
    Goal Weight (GW): 155

    I'm going to be weighing myself 17th April, as it will be 2 months since I started dieting. Feel low that past three weeks I've stayed the same, so I'll weigh-in monthly.

    Starting weight - 207 lbs
    March 31 - 204.1 lbs


    I've changed my weigh in date to Thursdays. Progress has been made!!

    April 3rd - 201.9 down 2.2 lbs

    I weighed myself today and the scale showed 95.8 kg!

    Which means I'm 1,1kg down and only 8.9kg left!

    That's ok I had the same issue, I try & not let that get to me just as long as your doing great on your work outs & eating well.
    ughhh super frustrated this morning.... Thursdays are my weigh-in days, and I have had a great week so far with workouts and eating healhy! The scale would NOT budge this morning.... I just keep telling myself plenty of other factors could be in play, and to keep at it for myself, and not just the scale.

    Some days its harder than others to remind myself that I am doing this for me and my lifestyle NOT the numbers on the scale. STILL in full swing to try and lose these last pounds though! It just might fall off slower than I would like :)

    Im up for any tips and suggestions please :) Also feel free to add me for extra support and motivation!

    18 pounds left until my goal weight!!
