    Goal: 60-65 miles

    Today: Get Up And Get Started(1 mile); 4 Mile Super Challenge(Ultimate Collection)= 5 miles

    Total: 15 miles

  • sherbearee, absolutely! you will be doing so much better come April 30th than you are doing today!! I'm so proud of you for jumping into the challenge and walking as much as you can now. We all start with our first mile and increase as we can with time.

    Hi, a recent member here.... I am aiming to get in 2 miles a day during the week with 2-4 on Sat.'s using Leslie's 5 mile Fat Burning Walk At Home . So.......

    I have been doing Leslie Sansone's 3 mile walk. I really liked it because it is her radio remix tape. Today I am doing the 5 mile tape.

    Count me in. I started Saturday and going out to walk again tonight. This is a great support for me.
  • I did 1 mile last week and then Thursday and Friday started feeling so incredibly exhausted. At first I chalked it up to coming back from some vacation days the week before and working a lot of overtime last week, but then Friday night it hit me. I am anemic and ran out of my iron supplement a few weeks ago. I just forgot to get me another box. I was starting to feel so exhausted that I was feeling like I am 40-50 years older than I really am. So I got me my iron supplement and started it back up Saturday. It should start kicking in in a few days at the most. If I feel up to it, will do another mile tonight, but waiting for my energy to return.

    Food wise, I have been doing great. I am really 'wanting' to do a mile a day once my body agrees with me, lol.

    Hope you're feeling better soon sherbearee! I was anemic for years and it was horrible!

    Hurt my back over the weekend so taking it slower today. Did a slow one hour stroll. May do a little bit of Leslie if my back can take it.

  • I bought Leslie's 30 Day Challenge DVD...I wasn't overly impressed. I think I'll stick to the 5 Day Challenge and 4 Fast Miles DVDs. Up to 13 miles this month and it's only the 8th, so I think I'm doin' alright.
