    Hi! I see so many of you are walking so many miles I'm in awe! I am going to shoot for 20 for myself. It is where I am in fitness right now and if I can complete 20 miles in April I will be doing so much better than I did las month!

    sherbearee, absolutely! you will be doing so much better come April 30th than you are doing today!! I'm so proud of you for jumping into the challenge and walking as much as you can now. We all start with our first mile and increase as we can with time.

    Hi, a recent member here.... I am aiming to get in 2 miles a day during the week with 2-4 on Sat.'s using Leslie's 5 mile Fat Burning Walk At Home . So.......

    I have been doing Leslie Sansone's 3 mile walk. I really liked it because it is her radio remix tape. Today I am doing the 5 mile tape.

    bring my total to 14 mile.

    Count me in. I started Saturday and going out to walk again tonight. This is a great support for me.

    I did 1 mile last week and then Thursday and Friday started feeling so incredibly exhausted. At first I chalked it up to coming back from some vacation days the week before and working a lot of overtime last week, but then Friday night it hit me. I am anemic and ran out of my iron supplement a few weeks ago. I just forgot to get me another box. I was starting to feel so exhausted that I was feeling like I am 40-50 years older than I really am. So I got me my iron supplement and started it back up Saturday. It should start kicking in in a few days at the most. If I feel up to it, will do another mile tonight, but waiting for my energy to return.

    Food wise, I have been doing great. I am really 'wanting' to do a mile a day once my body agrees with me, lol.

    Hope you're feeling better soon sherbearee! I was anemic for years and it was horrible!

    Hurt my back over the weekend so taking it slower today. Did a slow one hour stroll. May do a little bit of Leslie if my back can take it.
