Using the Exercise Diary with JMBR

I'm new to MFP and I'm trying to use the tracking systems for both working out - currently in week 6 of JMBR - and for food. Is there a recommended way to get 'credit' from MFP for the JMBR workouts?

    You can log it in under "circuit training" in exercise. Type the minutes and it calculate the calories burned.

    I think I started out logging it as cardio, then I got a heart rate monitor and logged the calories from that. Would definitely recommend a HRM if you don't have one. Not that expensive (around $60) and very motivational.
