What is your breakfast and beverage choices for week 1?

Here's mine:
Breakfast
2 Scrambled eggs with tomatoes and onions
Half grapefruit
Green tea with honey
1 slice Whole wheat toast with real butter
2.5 cups of water
Beverages: water, tea, 1 cup milk/day0 -
Plain yogurt with cocoa, strawberries and splenda. And a granola bar hidden in my purse in case i get hungry before lunch.
Changes from my former breakfast:
Yogurt made with 2% milk instead of whole.
Cocoa powder instead of chocolate chips.
Saving the granola bar for later instead of crumbling it in the yogurt. Most days, i end up not eating it at all.
Saturday's are still full on breakfast day around here. Bacon, sausage, eggs and cheese grits. But now we wait until 11ish to start cooking, so it's closer to lunch when we eat. Then a light supper.
Oh, and unsweet iced tea. I drink close to a gallon a a day.0 -
Breakfast: overnight refrigerator oatmeal with oatmeal, almond milk, plain Greek yogurt, Splenda, strawberries
coffee
nonfat cottage cheese
Drinks: water and herbal tea, coffee in the morning0 -
BF-Milk 1% 1 cup
Tea -black and green tea mix.
Sugar 1-2tsp.
Pamela gluten free mini biscuits 4
Fruit
Water 2.5 cups with AM breakfast.0
