Hope you're feeling better soon sherbearee! I was anemic for years and it was horrible!
Hurt my back over the weekend so taking it slower today. Did a slow one hour stroll. May do a little bit of Leslie if my back can take it.

I bought Leslie's 30 Day Challenge DVD...I wasn't overly impressed. I think I'll stick to the 5 Day Challenge and 4 Fast Miles DVDs. Up to 13 miles this month and it's only the 8th, so I think I'm doin' alright.0

I'm not sure of a good goal for this month, but I've been doing one of Leslie's old 2 mile walking tapes lately and made it through the 3 mile one this morning - yay! Therefore, I'll set a goal this month of 15 miles of Leslie and plan to get other activity in as well.

Just finished my first Leslie Sansone 3 mile DVD. Oh me oh my! What a workout! ???? Loved it! I also walked our dog this afternoon for 0.61 miles.
