*Late to the party* I'm in!
I totally sucked at the last challenge, and I NEED this one!
CW: 250
GW: 240
I am also challenging myself to do 30 minutes of excersise 5 times per week, for a total of 150 minutes per week. I will be upping that as I go.0 -
Never done one of these before....but I'll place my bet.....
CW: 259
GW: 249
10 lbs in 36 days......??? we shall see.
On a side note, I've been walking 10K/day for March. So far i've dropped almost 9 pounds....and the belt is tightening. I'm gonna continue to strive for at least 10K/day and see where I end up. So far, with logging the food input and improving the output, things are clicking.
Best wishes to all on their goals.0 -
So happy to see so many of you joining!

I just had surgery (the sleeve) on March 24th. I am only cleared to walk but I need some motivation to get moving.

Keep on pushing! Just under one month to go0 -
Its a sunny Saturday in Chicago after a loooooong winter, no reason not to get outside and move all day!0

18 days to go:
CW: 297.6
GW: 293.6
That's about 2 pounds a week.0 -
I'm getting so close to my goal of 240. Only 2.1 lbs to go. I'm experiencing a bit of a slow down in weight loss, but I know I'll get there!
Looking forward to the next challenge, too. Living in a northern climate I am more inactive than I am in the warmer months. I'm already busier and once I get my gardens going, my bike out regularly, and other things I hope my monthly losses will increase a little bit.0 -
CW: 224.4
GW: 217
17 days; 7.4 pounds
Non-scale goal: start working out! 3-4 workouts per week, minimum 30 minutes. (Tried on a bathing suit and I'm just not ready!)0 -
Just 2 weeks to go! If you're new to the challenge, welcome! I will start another challenge once this one is over.
You all are doing great! Just keep pushing for those goals, stay on track, and take it one day at a time!0
