Soy and hot flashes

I started soy supplements when I first started experience the menopause symptoms. It took about a month, but the affects kicked in and really seemed to help. I'm not saying that it will work for everyone, but it worked for me. Definately eased up the hot flashes and some of the achy joint stuff.
