Hey all! How was your week?
Mine was good.
Monday - Upper Body
Tuesday - HIIT Plyo
Wednesday - Lower body
Thursday - HIIT Combat
Friday - Upper body
Saturday - HIIT Plyo - had a wedding out of town, ate kinda bad

Today - planned on a 44 oz pepsi - didn't drink it

my week went well. I started the couch to 5K program on Saturday and ended up walking with my husband another 30 mins after the program ended. Kept under my calorie goals even on Easter and lost a bit of weight for the week. I am calling that a success. This week is going to be a challenge. Baseball games all 5 days during the week, youngest son's baseball game on Sat morning and older sons birthday party Sat evening. I am stressed and my go to has always been to eat when stressed...0
