Here's where accountability and encouragement start! If you are so inclined, post your starting weight or other stat you want to track. I apologize to those who already have, I am a bit slow getting topics started.

Me = CW: 180lbs with ~16% body fat. I want a GW of 170 so I can put back on "clean" poundage until about 180. Daily logger with an open diary. Good luck all!

    No idea body fat %. I've been on MFP for about 75 days and am down 22 pounds and am feeling great! Have a lot to go but I am on my way. Hope to make it to 218 by June 1.

    Vertically challenged 5 foot 3 inches and age challenged 51 yrs old, so I should be about 115 but aiming for mid 120s. :)

    Eventually I'd like to get down to 140-150 (within healthy range for my height), but my first goal will be to get to 170. If I can lose 10 pounds by June it will certainly help towards my overall goal.

    I currently work out 5 days a week. 40 minutes on a stationary bike plus 10 minutes of weights. I'm looking into some other exercise (fiance and I are looking into buying a canoe, etc.).

    My diary is open. I try to follow a low gi diet (I have PCOS), so tend to look for lower carb foods.

    Zero idea of body fat %.... Buuuut, I'm sure it's awful. Got a wedding to attend the first weekend of July, and am going on vacation the end of June.... SO... REALLY need some encouragement/motivation!!

    I work out 4 days a week with a boot camp class that I love. Really need to make sure to focus on my eating habits because I know that's what will really make the difference for me.

    I am aiming to hit my goal before my birthday next February.

    I'm in! Hoping to give and recieve support and encouragement here:

    BMI: 24.4 (According to my scales)

    I have my 14th wedding anniversary coming up June 3rd and would love to be out of the 140s and in the low 130s by then.

    I'm horrible about getting exercise but am considering purchasing a Total Gym. Anyone here have any experience with that equipment?

    BTW, I started tracking my calories with MFP on April 5th and have lost 8 pounds so far. Hoping that by adding some exercise, I will speed up my weight loss. Eating 1200 calories per day.

    Hello everyone.

    My CW=206 and GW=180.

    No idea about % of body fat... likely quite high. I'm 5'-9"

    I'm 51 and starting to watch what I'm eating for the first time ever. Also starting a walking program to get things started. I have a back injury so I have to be careful about what I do.
