Week 1 Goals

I know, i am a day late but i still wanna try this out so here it goes

1. jog at least three times this week for at least 20 minutes
2. eat five vegetables/fruits a day
3. do yoga at least once

i really hope i can stick to these goals, and i wish all of you guys good luck and positive energy to keep you going :smile:

    My goals are

    # 1 in addition to my 5 spin classes I want to get some real miles on my bike, my first goal is to try and get out before work.....I'm not a morning person so this is a real challenge!

    # 2 get some early nights to help me with # 1!

    # 3 lose 1lb, stayed the same for 2 weeks need to see some movement
  • my goals for this week are:

    #1 - get moving ! work out 5x a week
    #2 - no fast food or pub food this week (including wing night!)
    #3 - bring a lunch to work every day this week

    Hi I am new too & jumping on board

    My goals this week are

    #1 - complete my 3rd week of CLX push phase
    #2 - to try to cook at least 6 days this week for dinner (no take out)
    #3- download a good book and start reading again

    Hello, everyone! I posted about my weekly goals in the other thread, but I'm happy to report that I've been on track for the third day now! :) Getting my 25g fiber, exercise, and trying to better manage stress :)

    How's everyone else doing?

    My goal for Week 1:
    Exercise: atleast 30 min. cardio 6 x this week. 50 squats 3 days out of the week. weight training 2 x this week
    Nutritional: 0-50 net grams carbs tracked on MFP
    Lifestyle: post to MFP 5x this week. (I do good for couple days and slack by thursday Friday.)
