Have been losing and gaining the same couple of pounds since the 1st of the year.(hormones?:huh: ) I really need to change up what I'm doing. As for body fat %, when I weighed and measured at Curves almost a month ago it was ridiculously high... I'm not sure how accurate it is but they have me at 41.5 and BMI at 33.3.
