I completely forgot about this group! D= Haven't forgotten about losing weight though so that's something. These were my stats when I first posted:
Starting weight: 157 lbs
Team 20 goal: 137 lbs
Personal weight goal: 140lbs by August 2014
Ultimate lifetime goal: 120-125lbs
Height: 5 foot 4 inches
I think I'm now around 152lbs so that would make a total of 5 lbs loss in the month of April. 2lbs behind schedule but I'm gonna make the excuse that visiting my boyfriend over Easter is the cause of that. =P0 -

I joined Kaiser Permanente's "Weigh and Win" program last month, which is a program where you weigh in every quarter and get paid $$ for % of weight loss - so if you keep losing you get more and more money, and if you maintain the loss, you keep getting paid as long as you weigh in every 3 months!
My last weigh-in on the Weigh and Win scale (which I trust more than my home scale) shows that I have now lost over 8 pounds since Team 20 started! I weighed in on Tuesday, and my home scale shows I am down even further as of this morning, but I only trust that on my home scale if I get that reading several days in a row.
This group has been a big part of my success - it got me focused on a reasonable goal, and it's much more fun to do it with others!
