Well, who did the challenge today? I have to be honest life interuptus (spelling deliberate), I was at the end of my second set and my daughter stopped by. I have not seen her and I felt the Lord say, "people come first." Perhaps later I will have an opportunity to finish the third set.

Completed all three sets, must say you gotta have iron abs, butt legs and arms , woohooo i feel the burn i also threw in my skull crushers reverse fly's.. .yesterday i didnt do this only practice 1 set for form and not to get messy with it .0

Did whole challenge 10lb wieghts. Stomach muscles feel it still from may second. I can tell if i stick to every other day ill be on track to a new me. This work out plan is hard, but i keep in mind TODAYS PAIN IS TOMORROWS STREGNTH!!! And i made it through today!! Wirh right mind set ill be back on may 6th . Oh work out total time 50 min,same as the may 2 nd... hope to see others posts here on challenge!!! Keep pressing foward ITS A WE THING , YOU ALL HELPED ME MAKE IT THROUGH MAGRAPES SQUAT CHALLENGE.WITH OUT YOU ALL I WOULDNT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO DO IT.
