    Hi all
    I do power (vinyasa) yoga about twice a week (minimum once) plus bodybalance once a week. I don't do much yoga at home because I am busy with work and study and still manage to get to other classes at the gym, and have taken up running. Yoga is still my favourite though, it makes me smile inside and out :happy: :bigsmile:
