L1D5 was this morning and I am feeling this workout a LOT more then I did last year when I did it twice. Must have let myself get really out of shape, I know I have been drinking more alcohol recently but thought I was generally healthy. So grateful I started this, I am finding myself wanting to eat healthier and be more active... walking when I can, etc.

    Level 1 day 5 for me as well. I am really feeling it too. But it is a good feeling though! I know that in the end the results and actually accomplishing this workout for 30 days will all be worth it.

    just finished!!l level 1 day 6!!! Feeling stronger already!! doing more push ups then I was on the first few days!!! looking forward to seeing the end results!!! push through it!!!:smile:

    I'm a little behind, just done L1D3 as I only started on Monday due to stupid work stuff last week, not aching as badly as last time I tried it, but definitely having to push myself to keep at it and not stop like I've done in the past
