Quest Bars lie on label?

I got my Quest bars in the mail yesterday and tested it on my blood sugar.

I only tested the one called Double Chocolate Chunk.
Claims on the package include "3g Net Carbs", "Only 1g Sugar"

Serving size 1 bar(60g)
Calories:160
Total Carbohydrate 25g
Dietary Fiber:16g
Sugars: 1g
Erythritol: 6g

I tested my blood sugar before eating the bar. It was at 91 mg/dL
Consumed the bar by itself with nothing to drink but a small sip of water.
Blood sugar readings were as followed:
@30 minutes: 101
@60 minutes: 129
@90 minutes: 120
@120 minutes: 108

I know this is one experiment and everyone may be affected differently by the bars, but I've reason to believe there is a lie on the label.
3 Net carbs would not raise my blood sugar by 38 points.

    For most of us, only erythritol is semi-kind to blood sugars. The other sugar alcohols can be troublesome. Worse than actual sugar. There is one that they have whose only sugar alcohol is erythritol. I can't remember which one it was, but it worked ok. They did have the added side effect of making me more hungry, however, so I got rid of them. Sadly, most processed and convenient foods that claim to be Diabetes Friendly or "For Diabetics" lie through their eyeteeth! It was good that you tested. In the end, that has to be the deciding factor.

    I nixed the Atkins bars because of the sugar alcohols. It definitely caused a spike in my readings. I'm trying recipes with ingredients that I know wouldn't affect me in that way.

    I had to nix the Atkins products, too. Sugar alcohols are just the worst for diabetics. Have you seen all the research on that stuff? It's utter poison. It was hard to give up, though, I will admit. But, after a while, reality takes a front seat. Since then, however, I've learned how to make my own version of Reece's Cups and chocolate bars, etc, out of Real food; Sooooooooo much better tasting and satisfying!

    Others have covered the sugar alcohols, my experience is the same. I've made some desserts using Erythritol and have no blood sugar spikes with it, its the only one I will use.

    I've also seen others talk about issues with these super high fiber items, whether the label is a flat out lie or what I don't know... but seeing something that claims 25g carbs/16g fiber that's trying to replace something that's normally carb heavy is a big red flag to me and I may try it but would carefully check my sugars afterwards. Another example of this that I see pop up a lot are some popular "low carb" tortillas that claim to be like 90% fiber made by Mission. Some people seem to do ok on them, others report problems.

    The previous poster mentioned making Reece's Cups, I've been making these:

    http://screwedonstraight.net/keto-diet-peanut-butter-cup-fat-bombs/

    The recipe mentioned "sweetener to taste" and suggested splenda. I replaced that with 2 tablespoons of Erythritol instead and they are amazing. With the type of peanut butter and dark chocolate I used, mine came out to 4g carbs each instead of 2g mentioned on the site, still pretty good :)

    I am definitely going to try and make the peanut butter cup fat bombs this weekend. They sound very good! I've tried the low carb tortillas and they don't raise my blood sugar. I tried the white low carb tortillas from Mission this past weekend and they tasted like regular tortillas. The whole wheat ones are just not as good to me.
