I am still on stage 1 and was just looking for feedback on warm up and cool down. I did Chalean Extreme and sort of modify that warmup/cooldown she used. I try to do low weight reps of the exercises in the workout and some light cardio for warm up. For cardio, I focus a lot on my hips since I have a lot of tightness and tension.
But if anyone has any tips I'd love to hear them!

use the Life edition and follow the RANGE for warm up and it takes about 12 minutes. I really cool down but in the eveing I do range movement and rolling.0
