Hi,
Lookig for your opinion on how many calories for bulking and macro goals.
Been at maintenance since February 2013 @ 1470.00 plus workout calories ~1540.

eat tll full. add 200 cals. see where the scale goes and adjust things0

Don't just add a heap of calories.. Add a little extra each week and ease in to a calorie excess0

Find your maintance calorie intake very important then add calories 200-300 depending weigh yourself and see if weight gained if to much then reduce if not then increase0
