    Cheese Crisps

These are so good and so easy to make! Good sub for cheez-its, or goldfish crackers and also good just to have something crunchy!

    Cheese Crips

You can use most types of hard cheese for this or American Singles.

    Ingredients:
American cheese slices slices cut into 1/4 slices or your favorite hard cheese in comparable pieces.
Cooking spray (if you aren't using a silicone baking mat or parchment paper). (I like to use the big slices of different types of cheeses).

    Instructions:
Spray plate with cooking spray. You can also use a silicone baking mat if you have one, or parchment paper. Put the cheese slices on plate in the microwave. If you like, spread with paprika or garlic powder or onion powder or Cajun seasoning. Nuke for about 2 or 3 minutes, until the cheese becomes brown. Remove the cheese crisps from the plate. Eat with dips or plain.

You can also broil the cheese on a cookie sheet in the oven. Just watch very carefully because they brown very fast.
