move dessert to another time of day?

I'm up early everyday, around 5am. I normally eat breakfast around 6am and I've been trying to hold off on my first snack until 10am, then lunch at noon, snack at 2pm, dinner at 6pm and dessert around 8pm.

I find that I am starving in the morning after breakfast but not hungry after dinner. Can I move my "dessert" to 8 or 9am so I'm not so hungry? Does it matter what time a day? Can I have a floating "dessert" time? I've been mostly having a shake for dessert anyway.

It does not matter which meal you eat when. I will sometimes have pudding 3 times in one day, breakfast, lunch and afternoon meal. I try for 3 hours between meals. If I get hungry before the 3 hour is up or after I have had all my MF meals for the day I have an optional snack. . So far so good.

Just re-confirming what amirakabira already said. You can have any meal any time of day. If you wanted to eat 5 packs of MF cereal a day, you could do that. It doesn't matter. The only thing I was ever warned against by my TSFL coach was the maintenance bars (in the green wrappers). If I remember correctly, I believe she told me that you have to limit the maintenance bars to 2 a day. Other than that, you can mix it however you wish. I know of others who eat the same MF meal all day, day after day and are successful.

Also, I get up at 5 am also. My first meal is usually at 6:30, then 8:30/9:00, then 11:30/12:00, then 2:00/2:30, then 4:00/4:30, then 6:30. I am in bed by 8:30-9:00. Not sure if that schedule would work for you, but that seems to be working well for me.

Thank you. This is all so new to me, I'm still figuring out what works for me. Yesterday, I did have my "dessert" meal during the day and it was much much better all day. I have a very similar schedule to eliztenn and i think that those times would work better for curving my hunger. I've only been on for 6 days now so I'm a newbie. I've lost 3.2 lbs so I am motivated and excited to see what a couple of weeks will do.

I'm typically up by 5:30 each morning and I immediately reach for my drinking mug full of water (32 oz). I typically guzzle that until I head out for work and I have my first meal by 8:30. I don't necessarily try to apace them out; I just eat when I feel hungry. I find that sipping on my jug of water really curbs the hunger.
