Anyone have any tips on how to stop/prevent swelling? When I first changed my meds this was one of the first things to get better but now almost 3 months in my hands are so swollen I cannot wear my rings, my feet are so swollen my shoes are uncomfortable, my face looks 20lbs heavier....I see my endo in a couple of weeks but I am so uncomfortable I would love to try anything that helps.

Any ideas?

    If you have recently changed your medication, have you looked at the contraindications, this might be one for some. Even if it is not please ring your medic and ask their advice. Your primary objective is to take care of yourself, ringing for advice is doing just that.

    Nothing has helped me either. I will say my feet were really really bad about a month ago to where the entire top of the foot was puffed up. I drink tons of water now, and the feet have gone down some. My face still looks same, and still can't fit my wedding ring on. I still have pitting edema in my legs, where u can press it in and it stays in much longer than on normal people.

    Oh and my weight is high but not gargantuonish.

    Please, see a doctor about your edema.
