Adding Kettlebells - Supercharged

I am almost done with BT2 of Supercharged and I am planning my workouts for BT3. I'd like to add kettlebells. I work out at home, so I need to purchase them. I don't want to go too light or too heavy. Can anyone tell me what they used at this stage? What did you start with and where are you now? I have never used them before. Thanks!

    I never used KBs in Supercharged. But I swing a 45lb plate like a KB for HIIT. Are you just wanting to use it for HIIT? Or for some of the other exercises?

    Thinking of doing swings for HIIT. I can use dumbbells for most of the other exercises.

    Like I said, I use a 35lb or 45lb weight plate for swings. I went through Supercharged the first time using mostly 35lbs.
