5 non-dairy milk cubes (almond milk used) (about 1 cup loose cubes)

Raspberry Ritual Vitality Smoothie

1 cup raspberries, frozen/organic (another berry could substitute!)
1 1/2 bananas, frozen
1/4 cup almond milk (or sub any non-dairy milk)
3/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1-2 Tbsp avocado (optional)

"Seeded" Watermelon Frosty!
2 1/4 cups frozen watermelon cubes
1/2+ cup water
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1 large lemon, squeezed (lime juice also works very well! use 2 limes)
1 fresh banana
Fold in the chia seeds - I add about 1/2 tsp per serving glass. I sprinkled right over top and swirled into each glass individually.

Pre if i use slow proteins and post if I use fast proteins.

    150ml skimmed milk
    150ml yoghurt
    1.5 teaspoon honey
    1scoop protein powder
